International Women's Day 2023

Celebrating Dr. David Browne

On March 18, 2023 we paid tribute to Dr. David V.C. Browne “the Man of Serious Business” as he proceeds on pre-retirement leave at the end of Term 2. Parents, teachers, Students and QC Alumni all came out to show their appreciation in the form of songs, poems, and presentations as they strolled down memory lane with a true icon of Queen’s College. Dr. Browne spent over 20 years at Queen’s College sharing his knowledge and vision for the improvement and development of the school, students and education to shape the Caribbean Ideal Person in each student. He will be missed.

The QCPTA wishes Dr. Browne a happy retirement and all the best in the next chapter of his life.

The QC Cares Scholarship Fund formerly known as our Benevolent Fund, is designed to support students attending Queen’s College by providing them with financial assistance for their secondary education.

Education is a serious business, so we the Executive Team of the PTA believe that it is our responsibility to ensure that all students who attend the school, do so without foregoing their basic needs.
